Job Description The Physical Security Associate Manager is responsible for management of daily security operations of the Executive Protection Program.

Key

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary provider of executive security support for Allstates CEO in the Chicago area and during domestic and international travel.

Conduct travel risk assessments, event security evaluations, and Duty of Care briefings for senior leaders.

Coordinate and deploy security vendors for protective services across various locations.

Manage the executive vehicle fleet, including budgeting, maintenance, insurance, leasing, and compensation-related reporting.

Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation for executive personnel.

Lead critical projects related to fleet operations and executive protection logistics.

Implement new safety and security initiatives for executives and the Board of Directors.

Oversee strategic planning, departmental budgeting, and onboarding/offboarding of executive protection team members.

Review and approve invoices related to executive security and vehicle support.

Manage components of the domestic and international Duty of Care program.

Monitor executive vehicle telematics and maintain detailed tracking.

Supervise contract security resources and ensure service quality.
