Position Description:

Partnering with business unit leadership, this position will be responsible for managing commitments and promises to/from our clients by driving strategic initiatives, special projects and program management, and day-to-day functionality of running the business.

This position is responsible for leading or facilitating all major business initiatives and coordinating the business unit team and stakeholders, while working collaboratively and effectively across all lines of business, distribution channels and with strategic leaders across the organization.

This role involves influencing and leading large, cross-functional groups including peers, SLG members, external and internal business partners.

Will serve as a change agent to work on behalf of leadership to effectively and efficiently lead the organization through periods of transition.

What you do: Strategy Development - Partners with business unit leadership in managing the day-to-day running of the business.

Will act as a resource to senior management and business partners, recommending solutions and facilitating decision-making which supports the strategic direction of the Division and Company.

Working closely with leadership, will help drive strategic direction of Division and related improvement opportunities across SLG and our various business partners.

Build strong relationships with key internal and external partners to maximize the impact and viability of the distribution strategies, leveraging intelligence and information to arrive at data driven decisions.

Strategy Execution - Leads and manages multiple projects, initiatives, and business priorities of diverse scope on behalf of business unit.

Projects will be complex and may be large in size; may include strategic corporate initiatives and may cross several functional areas.

Responsible to develop timelines, clear conditions of satisfaction, maintain communication and meet Division's targeted deadlines.

Responsible for all business deliverables and activities to completion; these include project governance, stakeholder communications, scope definition, business requirements, change management, and related status reporting.

Partner with all functional areas to ensure on time, on budget delivery of all projects.

Business Management - Partner with the business unit in managing the day-to-day running of the business.

Manage commitments and promises to/from our internal and external business partners.

Develops and actively maintains effective relationships with business partners and company wide leadership to successfully meet goals/deliverables, stay current and aligned with function/company wide initiatives and business priorities, monitor industry trends and create recommendations to improve business results.

Responsible for preparing for leadership and department meetings, following up on action items and managing the department's regularly scheduled meetings, communications, and processes to ensure goals are achieved.

May also involve Power Point creation and written communications to senior or executive leadership.

Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What you bring: 6-7 years of experience in financial services or related field required.

Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience.

You must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in future (e.g.

H1-B, L-1, TN, etc.).

If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future sponsorship.

Range $98,000 - $163,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location.
