Our client is a trusted name in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, known for strategic partnerships with Reinsurers, MGAs/Program Administrators, and Insurtechs.

They are seeking a highly experienced Reinsurance Analyst to support the structure, placement, and financial operations of reinsurance programs.

This is a fully remote opportunity available to professionals located anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities Serve as liaison with brokers and reinsurance underwriters Maintain financially sound reinsurance placements aligned with program business goals Review and evaluate treaty reinsurance contracts for accuracy and risk exposure Act as internal liaison between Reinsurance and Accounting departments Support Accounting in securing and managing Letters of Credit, Trust Agreements, and other financial instruments to satisfy credit requirements Skills &

Experience 12–15+ years of experience in an insurance or reinsurance company, with a focus on reinsurance operations and accounting/finance Strong understanding of reinsurance practices, including underwriting, claims, accounting, and financial controls Proven experience in financial analysis of reinsurance underwriting activity Knowledge of reinsurance program structure and implementation Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management preferred ARe, CPCU, or an advanced degree is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 Work Environment: Fully remote (U.S.-based candidates only) Competitive benefits available (details upon request) Interested in working from home?
