Property Damage Manager

This position will manage a team and processes for your assigned claims area/s of responsibility. You will oversee and ensure the fair, ethical, and timely management of first and third party personal auto claims for your assigned area/s of responsibility. Position reports to the Claims Director. Direct and supervise internal property damage claims examiner staff through entire claims operations. Assists with hiring and training, coaching and mentoring. Completes regular audits of assigned area/s of responsibility. Manages an effective diary system to ensure all claims are handled timely and appropriately. Other duties as required.
