Liberty Mutual Insurance is currently hiring for our Entry Level Associate Consultant position.

Responsibilities: Learn the fundamentals of risk engineering and commercial property insurance through training and mentorship.

Assist in research, data collection, and analysis to support recommendations for controlling sources of risk, loss, and/or costs.

Shadow experienced engineers during customer site visits and observe risk assessments in real-world settings.

Contribute to projects that improve overall risk quality for our clients.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Fire Protection, or related field).

Strong academic record.

Interest in learning property insurance products, services, and risk engineering concepts (risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management, progress measurement, etc.).

Effective written, oral, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and customers.

Ability to conduct research and analyze data.

Willingness to travel occasionally for learning opportunities.
