The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

We are currently hiring Inside Sales Agents in the following States. Qualified applicants must reside on one of the states.

P&C Licensed and Unlicensed in: Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Bilingual P&C Licensed and Unlicensed in: Florida

P&C licensed only: Idaho, Wyoming and Montana

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. In this role you will interact with our customers through warm inbound calls.

Pay Details:

• Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
• Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+

Position Details:

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!

• All computer equipment is provided.
• Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
• Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
• Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
• Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST).
• You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain company and department Workathome (W@H)requirements;Dedicated room with a desk, safe, quiet, professional working environment, and wired connected high-speed internet with a minimum 100 MBps Download speed and 20 MBps Upload speed through a cable, fiber, or DSL service. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
• An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
