As an RMIS Analyst within the company's Center of Excellence, you'll play a critical role in shaping innovative product features and ensuring client success by fusing real-world industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert in Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) and risk modeling Influence product design, logic, and functionality with your industry expertise Collaborate across teams—engineering, sales, and customer success—to ensure products align with market needs Support client onboarding and implementation, helping organizations adopt best practices in claims, safety, and compliance workflows Utilize data and analytics tools to support decision-making and enhance platform usability

Qualifications &

Experience 5+ years of experience in risk management, claims, or risk-focused technology Strong knowledge of RMIS platforms such as Origami Risk, Riskonnect, Archer, or Ventiv Familiarity with claims analytics, loss control, and specialty exposures like Cyber, FINPRO, or Property Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, EHS , or related field Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis and visualization Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $80,000 to $120,000 Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance – no waiting period 15 days PTO + 10 paid holidays 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Optional supplemental life and accident insurance Tuition assistance and ongoing training & development
