Must pass the Public Adjuster Licensing Test One year sales experience Previous experience as insurance adjuster a plus Experience with Xactimate a plus Knowledge of property insurance policies and their interpretation a plus Knowledge of basic residential and commercial construction a plus Ability to market to new customers Self-motivated skilled negotiator, able to work as a member of a team or independently Strong networker Positive attitude and excellent organizational skills Customer service orientation Strong communication skills Excellent follow up skills Willingness to travel Willing to maintain a flexible work schedule with a great work/life balance Clean criminal record Willing to relocate to Colorado Are you a sales athlete? This full-time position is based in the beautiful Front Range of Colorado. We offer salary plus no-cap commission compensation with PTO Plan and HAS contribution.
