Job Details As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license.

If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time.

Example 11am-8pm (CST).

This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided.

Youmust be able to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements whichinclude a professional workspace/room with adedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSLservice) high-speed internet connection with aminimum 100 MBps download speed and 20MBps upload speed.

Liberty Mutual does notsupport satellite and mobile internet service

Qualifications 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
