As part of this growth, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional to join their team.
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to ensure the best talent is identified and hired for key roles within the organization, with a focus on underwriting positions in the property/casualty environment.
What You'll Do Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, prioritize open roles, and tailor job descriptions to attract the right candidates Build candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques such as strategic networking, job board postings, social media, and other targeted research methods Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Serve as a brand ambassador, providing candidates and external recruiting agencies with favorable impressions of the company, its culture, and the open roles Continuously improve the talent acquisition process and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial outreach to offer What Makes You a Great Fit A Bachelor's Degree is required 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with a proven track record of recruiting high-quality candidates for challenging or specialized roles Expertise in recruiting for underwriting roles in the property/casualty industry is highly preferred SHRM or HRCI designation is strongly preferred Ability to manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition, from job description creation to finalizing offers Expertise in assessing and evaluating candidate profiles for alignment with business needs and company culture Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $130,000 Competitive Benefits Package , including: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible spending accounts (FSA) Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Long-term care insurance Paid parental leave Vacation and other paid time off Interested in working from home?
