Responsibilities Drive New Business: Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—within the commercial auto and trucking insurance market.

Expand Agency Network: Identify, recruit, and onboard retail brokers, agents, and distribution partners nationwide.

Strengthen Broker Relationships: Provide training, support, and ongoing relationship management to empower agents and boost production.

Achieve Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide Market Insights: Gather and relay broker feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and market strategy.

What We're Looking For Insurance Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in sales or business development (10+ years for the Senior Manager title), preferably in commercial auto or trucking insurance .

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals and scale distribution networks .

Entrepreneurial Drive: Independent, resourceful, and proactive; thrives in environments where processes are being built.

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively connect with brokers, partners, and stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the commercial P&C insurance landscape , especially the needs of trucking and transportation clients.
