The ServiceNow Developer is part of the Enterprise Solutions Team and plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining CorVel's ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow developer collaborates with team members, business partners, and other stakeholders, supporting business processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, configure, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications to augment the ServiceNow platform Maintain the ServiceNow platform's stability and implement necessary changes Lead ServiceNow development projects by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions Collaborate with team members and application owners to devise innovative solutions that meet business needs and stakeholder expectations Additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance analytics and advanced reporting Proven strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective collaboration with team members and business partners Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload with minimal direction to meet designated deadlines EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development Certified in ServiceNow technologies with validated skills in platform development and implementation
Experience with developing and/or implementing 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow
Experience with building custom solutions using App Engine Studio
Experience with designing and implementing ServiceNow Workspaces and/or custom portals using the UI builder
Experience with Chat Bot Implementation and NLU Expertise in GRC/IRM is highly preferred College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.
Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.
Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
