Responsibilities Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Representative Are you a seasoned claims professional with a passion for resolving complex workers' compensation cases and delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a Senior Claims Representative to manage lost time and catastrophic injury claims across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Do Investigate workers' compensation claims to determine coverage, compensability, and benefits.

Set and manage financial reserves throughout the claim lifecycle.

Coordinate medical treatment and rehabilitation for injured workers.

Negotiate settlements and manage litigation to ensure timely, cost-effective resolution.

Communicate regularly with injured workers, policyholders, attorneys, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and reinsurance reporting requirements.

Lead special projects, support team supervision, and assist with training and vendor management.

Qualifications What You Bring 35 years of workers' compensation claims experience , including at least 1 year in one or more of the following states: CA, AZ, NV, CO, NE, OK, or UT.

Strong knowledge of the Workers' Compensation Act and adjudication processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and think critically.

Proficiency in claims management systems and regulatory reporting.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

Experience with catastrophic injury claims and litigation management.

Leadership experience or interest in mentoring and team development.

Adjuster license(s) in assigned jurisdictions or willingness to obtain.
