Responsibilities Territory Manager Berkley Management Protection Location: Denver Colorado Are you a driven insurance professional with a passion for building strong agency relationships and driving strategic growth? Berkley Management Protection is looking for a Territory Manager to serve as the marketing focal point within your assigned state or territory.

In this highly visible, externalfacing role, you'll champion our private company management liability products while executing growth, profitability, and relationship strategies across your market.

What You'll Do As a key leader in the field, you will: Drive growth of management liability lines within your assigned territory Partner closely with the Assistant Vice President (AVP) to establish and sustain a strong sales culture Build and strengthen strategic relationships with agents through planning, production oversight, and growth initiatives Manage agency distribution, including negotiation of agency appointment agreements Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitor offerings and emerging industry issues Influence team structure and collaboration to amplify regional strengths Work with AVP, RVP, and senior leaders to shape and execute underwriting and business strategies regionally and nationally

Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of Management Liability experience with a successful track record in external marketing Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proven negotiation, sales, and creative problemsolving skills Proficiency with technology and multisystem environments Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated success in building and maintaining productive agency and internal relationships Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% within Denver territory for agency engagement (limited Overnights) Why Berkley Management Protection You'll join a team focused on partnership, innovation, and resultssupported by leadership that values collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful industry relationships.
