
Territory Sales Manager Location: This position is available to work remotely within Nebraska.

This remote position will serve the eastern Nebraska area, and the role includes a company car, cell phone, and laptop.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing property/casualty marketing activities, selecting and developing agencies to meet production and profitability objectives.
Duties and
Responsibilities Screen, select, appoint, and train agents.
Implement company marketing strategies to meet sales goals.
Assist marketing and underwriting personnel.
Serve as the liaison between the company and agency force, including handling contract revocations and rehabilitation procedures.
Lead the Agency Review process for assigned agencies with an emphasis on profitable growth.
Conduct thorough onboarding for all newly assigned agencies.
Skills &
Experience At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or commercial lines underwriting.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and coverages.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
