As the Treasury & Accounting Manager , you'll lead a team of professionals while overseeing key financial operations including treasury management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key
Responsibilities Oversee daily cash operations including cash transfers, forecasting, and payment processing Manage banking relationships, letters of credit, and corporate credit card programs Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances across multiple entities Lead accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution Own and optimize financial systems and banking platform integrations Lead the preparation and submission of Yellow Book/statutory and GAAP financial reports Take full ownership of NAIC Schedules D, E, and F, ensuring accuracy and compliance Identify operational risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 2 Accounting Clerks and a Staff Accountant
Qualifications &
Experience 7+ years of experience in treasury, financial reporting, and general ledger functions within a P&C insurance company Strong knowledge of statutory accounting (STAT) and GAAP principles in an insurance context Proficiency in financial systems, banking platforms, and automated accounting workflows
Experience with intercompany transactions and cash flow forecasting Prior involvement with regulatory reporting agencies preferred Proven team leadership and supervisory skills CPA designation preferred , but not required
