Summary The Treasury Operations Manager will oversee traditional treasury management functions such as cash management and forecasting, as well as developing and executing optimal banking design, development, and integration to ensures seamless business processing minimal customer disruption.

Project management, business analysis, and change management skills will all be critical to guide banking operation transitions fueled by company growth, organizational changes, and evolving systems integration.

The ability to work with others, both inside and outside the organization, will be a critical success factor.

Key

Responsibilities Develop detailed transition plans for implementing new banking systems, operational procedures, or organizational changes.

Identify and monitor progress with various phases of banking transitions, ensuring timelines and objective are met.

Coordinate with different departments, including Operations, Customer Service, IT and Accounting to ensure collaboration, communication and awareness.

Analyze existing banking workflows to identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency.

Implement strategies to help team members, BPOs, and other stakeholders adapt to new systems and processes to champion change and ensure successful transition and adoption.

Address challenges and roadblocks that arise during transition processes.

Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and executing cash flow forecasts.

Advise on interest rate exposures and support strategic treasury initiatives, providing insights to senior management.

Work with bank representatives to complete KYC and other account opening processes.

Lead and develop a small team of junior treasury and banking professionals.
