
The Treasury Product Systems Analyst supports and enhances our treasury operations through the administration and optimization of both proprietary and third-party software platforms.
This role requires a unique combination of technical proficiency, financial literacy, and design sensibility.
The ideal candidate will support daily operations, assist with financial review, serve as a backup for production systems (including Impress), and work across a variety of internal tools and hardwareincluding specialty printers.
This is a hybrid role blending finance, systems management, programming, and creative software skills, aimed at supporting product output, reporting, and overall treasury workflows.
This is a remote role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: System Support & Operations Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary and third-party treasury and product-related software.
Serve as a backup operator for our Impress production software and other critical applications.
Ensure software and output systems are aligned with operational, compliance, and production requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve system performance and resolve issues.
Financial Data Review & Support Assist in reviewing financial information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Help prepare financial reports and analyses used for decision-making.
Work closely with Treasury and Finance teams to support audit readiness and daily operations.
Programming & Automation Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Impress Automate to streamline treasury and production processes.
Program scripts, macros, or integrations to support data flows between systems.
Support file generation and formatting for treasury reporting and print production.
Design & Document Production Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) to design, format, or troubleshoot production-ready files.
Prepare and manage design templates used in printed financial communications or treasury documentation.
Navigate and support specialty printer environments (large-format, secure print, variable data printing, etc.), ensuring proper file setup and compatibility.
Cross-Platform Coordination Interface with IT and development teams to ensure successful updates, data syncing, and backups.
Maintain documentation on procedures, system dependencies, and user guides.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) Impress and Power Automate.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign and Acrobat).
Experience with programming or scripting (e.g., VBA, Python, JavaScript) is highly valued.
Comfortable working with and troubleshooting specialty printer environments and file formats (PDF, PostScript, XML, CSV) Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field. 3+ years in a technical operations, treasury systems, or hybrid finance/IT/design role.
Hands-on experience with Impress, proprietary/third-party print or output software is a strong plus.
Familiarity with financial systems or treasury operations required.
PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.
Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.
Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
