Education Program Manager.
This role provides executive oversight of the Company's Underwriting Trainee Program, including the development and execution of a comprehensive training curriculum, recruitment participation, and program management.
Key
Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive commercial lines underwriting training curriculum Deliver technical training on risk assessment, pricing, underwriting guidelines, policy issuance, finance, actuarial principles, regulatory compliance, and claims management Collaborate with underwriting leadership and human resources to recruit and retain high-caliber underwriting trainees Facilitate small group training sessions and case study exercises to enhance learning outcomes Develop and oversee assessments and testing processes to ensure trainees meet learning benchmarks
Qualifications &
Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required 5+ years of commercial property-casualty underwriting experience Required experience in excess and surplus lines underwriting
