Vice President, Commercial Claims - Phoenix, AZ (85003)

A top-tier national property & casualty insurance carrier is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Commercial Claims to lead its claims operation out of Phoenix, AZ .

This executive-level position plays a central role in shaping the direction, performance, and profitability of the organization's commercial claims department.

The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing all commercial claims operations , driving the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives, and developing the next generation of claims leadership.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility leadership opportunity for a seasoned executive with a strong technical background and a proven record in people, process, and performance management.
