This role plays a critical part in the claims management lifecycle by ensuring smooth coordination between all involved parties—insurance carriers, employers, medical providers, and legal representatives.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims, along with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding support throughout the claims process.
Key
Responsibilities Support the end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
Review claim files and documentation to verify eligibility, coverage, and completeness.
Serve as a liaison between insurance carriers, healthcare providers, employers, and legal teams to coordinate treatment, approvals, and claim updates.
Proactively monitor claim status, identifying and escalating issues that could delay resolution.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support compliance and risk mitigation initiatives.
Assist in tracking and reporting metrics related to claims activity and outcomes.
Required
Experience & Skills 3–5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims servicing, administration, or claims support.
Strong understanding of workers' comp regulations and best practices.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on timely and accurate claim handling.
