Medical Liens and Lien Doctors
This event consists of one presentation. The total educational session will be 60 minutes.
Course Objective: To inform claims handlers and attorneys of growing trend of third party litigation medical funding and private funding of medical treatment by use of ‘Letters of Protection’ or medical lien based treatment. Once identified, the course will provide areas of discussion on how to combat it.
