Accident Investigation and Evidence Gathering is a one-hour seminar designed to educate participants about vehicle accidents, the evidence-gathering process, and event data recorders (EDRs). It covers the equipment used by experts to properly document and gather evidence after an accident, which includes investigating the site, photographing, and documenting vehicles. Participants will also learn about lightbulb evaluation, seat belt usage, vehicle EDRs, the use of EDR-contained data in a crash investigation, and how to identify situations in which a consultant is needed.
