The Santa Fe Police Department are hunting Luis Villalba Boca-Negra, 45, over the Nov. 27 theft from Diva Diamonds. A judge signed the warrant for Luis Villalba Boca-Negra, 45, Thursday, which comes with a $500,000 cash-only bond upon his arrest.
