10 Most Dangerous Cities for Driving

Just as Fort Collins, Colo., repeated as the nation’s safest driving city, according to Allstate’s seventh annual “America’s Best Driver’s Report, Baltimore also repeated as the nation’s least safest driving city. In fact, the eight most dangerous cities to drive in are the same as a year ago. The order is the same as well, with one exception: Hartford, Conn., managed to escape the bottom five, squeezing ahead of Providence, R.I., and Philadelphia.
