Eight are facing insurance fraud charges

Eight people have been charged with insurance fraud and related offenses between July and September, the Delaware County District Attorney’s office reported. Charged were: Hania T. Danko McCracken, William Weathers, Robert Berkowitz, Laura Ann Rago, Sabrina Gomez, Jeffrey Smith, Joseph Louis and James Johnston.
