A home encased in ice at 96th Street and Wornall Avenue has become a Kansas City neighborhood tourist attraction. A water main in front of the home broke early Sunday morning, covering the home in water. With temperatures in the teens and wind chills below zero, the water quickly froze. "Water was shooting up in the air," said the homeowner, who goes by the name Doozle. "You could see it going up and the wind was catching it."
