Insurers sue Toyota to recoup sudden-acceleration crash claim payments

Seven insurance companies are suing Toyota Motor, seeking to recover for claims they paid for crashes blamed on sudden acceleration. The insurers are seeking more than $230,000 in damages from 14 crashes in the U.S., according to the Los Angeles Times.
