San Pablo offers to fix homes if residents sign waiver

The city of San Pablo is offering to fix a sliding hillside that threatens a half dozen homes. But, the homeowners are not happy with the way the city wants to do it and the amount of time they have to decide whether to sign on to the project. The city offered to start repairs of slide damaged houses if homeowners signed a waiver refusing to sue the city for any damage after repairs. The residents were given a one week time limit to take the city up on the offer.
