Bowen-Davis faces more insurance fraud charges

A Bismarck woman already facing an insurance fraud charge related to a March crash now faces more felony charges related to alleged insurance fraud schemes involving renters’ insurance policies. Ella Bowen-Davis was charged last week with Class B felony forgery and two Class C felony counts of insurance fraud for allegedly making fraudulent insurance claims on renters’ insurance policies and supplying forged documents to back up the claims. No court date has been set in the case.
