Driver hurt when garbage truck falls in dump

A garbage truck driver was taken to the hospital Tuesday morning after his truck went over the embankment at the Douglas County Landfill. Brian Marsters, 45, of Roseburg, a driver for Winston Sanitary, was getting ready to dump a full load of trash when his truck went over the edge and down about a 15-foot drop-off.
The truck flipped over on its top. Rescuers from Douglas County Fire District #2 had to get the driver out of the truck and back up to the landing.
