Sheboygan Teen Hit and Killed by City Dump Truck

An 18-year-old high school student is dead after a being hit by a city dump truck. Sheboygan police say they got a call at 8:50am from a security officer at Tower Academy saying that someone was hit by a vehicle in front of the school. When officers arrived, they found an 18-year-old Jaime Olivas, on the pavement, he had been hit by a City of Sheboygan Leaf Collection Truck. Paramedics worked on the Olivas and took him to Sheboygan Memorial Hospital where he died from his injuries.
