More than two dozen students from the South Eastern School District went to York Hospital this morning after hitting their heads while riding their school bus, state police said. About 45 students were on the bus when the bus suddenly swayed in the 500 block of Main Street, police said. State police reported that the bus apparently hit a pothole, but PennDOT later said it examined the road and found no pothole that would have contributed to the incident. Police said the students were "shaken up" and suffered bumps to the head.
