Cleanup continues after S.A. downpour

Thousands of people are without power after strong overnight storms whipped through San Antonio and across South Texas. On the northwest side, off Richland Hills and Hunt Lane, high winds damaged at least three homes in the 8900 block of Deer Park. A KENS 5 crew there reported roof damage, debris in the street and some fences down. There are no reports of injuries from that scene. Some lower-level highways in the downtown area have been shut down.
