The Missouri Highway Patrol said it was investigating a school bus crash west of Warrensburg Friday afternoon. Witnesses said the bus crossed the median, collided with a car and landed partly in a ditch three miles west of the city on Missouri Highway 50 just before 4 p.m. The bus remained upright, but one of its wheels was off the ground. 28 students were on the bus at the time of the crash. The Missouri Highway Patrol said two students were injured and taken to a hospital in private vehicles.
