Colorful murals of bowling balls crashing into pins still grace the walls inside Shore Lanes. But nine months after a three-alarm fire, the popular North Courtenay Parkway bowling alley remains a silent, partially gutted mess. Smoke-damaged carpeting is long discarded. Drywall is torn out.
