Florence company ordered to make restitution for insurance fraud

A Burlington County business was ordered to pay $75,000 in restitution to its insurance company for under reporting the number of its employees and wages to evade full payment of worker’s compensation premiums, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office announced Friday. Techdan LLC of Florence must make the payment to Liberty Mutual Insurance as part of a sentence handed down Friday by Superior Court Judge James W. Palmer Jr. in Mount Holly.
