Dozens of students taken to Louisville hospitals after bus crash

A serious school bus crash critcally injured six people and left between 30 to 40 students and adults hurt. All passengers involved were transported to five area hospitals with varying injuries from leg trauma, to head and neck pain.The crash happened just after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday near the 23 mile marker of westbound Interstate 64 near the Jefferson County line. The Waggener High School students onboard the bus were returning from a college visit to Eastern Kentucky University when the crash occurred.
