Nebraska Couple Convicted Of Arson In South Dakota

A Nebraska couple accused of burning down a restaurant they owned in South Dakota to collect insurance money has been convicted of felony arson and reckless burning after a weeklong trial. Attorney General Marty Jackley says a jury in Bon Homme County returned the verdict on Friday against 62-year-old Charles Johnson and 56-year-old Kimberly Johnson, of Niobrara Neb.
