Cleanup is expected to get underway Tuesday morning after a storm caused wide spread damage across the southwest valley. Power poles were knocked down, power outages and toppled trees were some of the repercussions of the storm. Trees crushed several cars, and even a mobile home at Chaparral Mobile Village, near Baseline and Kyrene in Tempe. Three cars were damaged at an apartment complex near Priest and Elliot after a giant tree toppled right onto them. Not far from the complex, power lines were down at Elliot and Kyrene. People in the area say they lost power at least twice Monday night.
