The wild wind and rain on Nov. 20 wreaked havoc on Maranatha Pentecostal Church in Browns Arm. It was only earlier in the fall that the shingles were replaced on the church, but as the wind ripped off the shingles the rain began to pour in. Pastor Albert Parmenter said, “The water was pouring in through the air conditioning ducts. We had to use large storage bins to catch the water and they were half full in about 10 minutes.”
