Monday, April 7th, 2014 Property

An anonymous good Samaritan stopped to alert a woman that a home where she was staying was on fire Friday morning in Franklin. The woman said she was awoken by a loud boom during a thunderstorm but didn’t find anything wrong with the house, so she went back to sleep. A short time later, a driver saw smoke coming from the three-story house on Tulloss Road and raced over to help. "The passer-by was able to climb the fence and beat on the door enough to get the young lady that was asleep in the house out," said Williamson County Fire Coordinator Jay Bonson.
