Waterfront Restaurant Sinks in Kentucky River

Jeff Ruby’s ill-fated Waterfront Restaurant began sinking Tuesday morning at its dock in Hebron, Ky. Ruby tweeted a photo of the semi-submerged barge with a caption "Just another day in paradigm" around 9:30 a.m.
This is the third time the former restaurant and night club has been on the move. It broke loose from its mooring in 2011 with more than 80 diners on board. Ruby closed the restaurant after that incident and left it docked on the Covington riverfront.
