Thieves Steal $40,000 Worth of Product from Tire Company

Lincoln police are on the lookout for some tire thieves.Investigators believe the thieves cut through a fence at the Cross Dillon Tire Company in West Lincoln early Sunday morning. The thieves got away with 50 tires and a semitrailer, which totaled $40,000 in losses. This is the second time the business has been stolen from.
In early August, thieves stole 47 semitruck tires worth $18,000. Police said there is a good possibility that the same culprits are responsible for both thefts.
