Chiro Clinic Owner Sentenced in PIP Fraud Conspiracy

The former owner of Texas Avenue Chiropractic clinic in Bryan has been sentenced to nearly seven years in federal prison for engaging in a conspiracy to defraud various automobile insurance companies of more than $3 million via the U.S. Postal Service, announced U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson. Edward Graham, 38, was convicted by a Houston federal jury in October 2013 after only four hours of deliberation.Today, U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt ordered Graham to serve a sentence of 80 months in federal prison to be immediately followed by three years of supervised release.
