Monday, December 1st, 2014 Property

A single-engine plane lost power and crash-landed on an under-construction road in West Hartford, Conn. Saturday afternoon, authorities said. WTIC reported that authorities had identified the pilot of the Cessna as Dan Hall, of Torrington, Conn. Hall said that he was unhurt. "What I saw was what I thought was a road with no cars on it. I couldn’t figure out why there were no cars on this road," Hall said. The 9.4 mile bus-only corridor between Hartford and New Britain is scheduled to begin operations March 28.
