Oregon State Police say a semi being driven by 23-year-old Casey Leppert of Caldwell left its lane of travel in westbound I-84 and crashed into a concrete barrier early Saturday. Westbound traffic was detoured off the freeway and onto the Arlington interchange while, according to the Oregon Dept. of Transportation, one lane of eastbound 84 remained open.
