25 Vehicles Vandalized In St Cloud, Minnesota

A 20-year-old man was arrested on charges of vandalism Saturday afternoon. St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says officers were called to a complaint of vandalism just before noon. When officers arrived to the scene, they found Nile Dean Torkkolano had slashed several car tires and broken many car windows in the areas between University Drive South to 11th St. South and 6th Avenue South and 7th Avenue South. Burke says officers identified 25 victims. He adds witnesses followed Torkkola to the area of 7th Avenue and University Drive where they held him to the ground until police arrived and took him to Stearns County Jail.
