Chunks Of Pavement Damage Vehicles After Massive Water Main Break

A boil water advisory has been issued for customers served by the Crescent Hill Treatment plant after a massive water main break early Thursday. The pressure of millions of gallons of rushing water caused roads to buckle and left many customers with low water pressure. Water Company officials say the break at Grinstead Drive and Springdale Road near the Crescent Hill water treatment plant happened around 3 a.m. Dee Allen says she was awakened by the commotion and stepped outside to take a look.
