A man working on a boat dock at the site of the HGTV Dream Home giveaway was electrocuted before falling into the Indian River Lagoon, officials reported. The death is being investigated as accidental, authorities reported. Brevard County Sheriff’s investigators, along with crime scene technicians, were at the Merritt Island waterfront property. Crime scene tape roped off the entrance way to the brick paved driveway leading up to the refurbished home. Construction began last May, neighbors reported.
